Two salesmen docked for alleged theft of employer’s Money.

The police in Lagos on Wednesday arraigned two salesmen, Shuaib Ibrahim, 30, and Olakunle James, 31, for allegedly stealing their employer’s N574,000.

The duo are standing trial at an Igbosere Chief Magistrate’s Court, Sura Street, Lagos Island, on a two-count of conspiracy and stealing.

Prosecutor, Sgt. Stephen Mono, said that the accused with others, now at large, sometime in 2009 allegedly conspired to commit the offence.

The accused pleaded not guilty to the charge and were each granted bail in the sum of N100,000, with one surety in like sum.

The Chief Magistrate, L.Y. Balogun, adjourned the case till July 28 for further hearing.
