EFCC Arrests Daniel, Alao-Akala, Akwe Doma.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, today arrested three former state governors over allegations of fraud.
The three former governors, are Gbenga Daniel of Ogun State, Adebayo Alao-Akala of Oyo State and Akwe Doma of Nassarawa State.
Its Spokesman, Femi Babafemi, who confirmed this said the three former governors who are members of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, were picked up today.
He declined to give further details but merely said: “they were arrested in connection with petitions bordering on alleged fraud against them.”
