A thirty-six year-old car dealer, Rotimi Agoro has been arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrate’s Court in Lagos for allegedly defrauding his business associate of seven point seven million naira.
The prosecutor, Inspector Chris Takim, told the court that Agoro committed the offence sometime between twenty zero eight and twenty zero nine at Oko-Oba Agege in Ikeja.
Agoro, however pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Magistrate, O.A Adedayo granted the accused bail in the sum of one million naira with two sureties in like sum and adjourned the case till June seven for further hearing.
