The petitioner told the court that he was no longer interested in the marriage to Mrs Olayinka Shoniran, 45.

He prayed the court to end the marriage with Olayinka and to order her to pack out of his house.
Olayinka, a trader, consented to the dissolution of the marriage, adding that she was no longer in love with the petitioner.

The petitioner had brought N44,000 to court and promised to pay the remaining amount before the judgment day.
Also, there is no evidence or document to prove that the respondent actually lent her husband the money, Ipaye said . He adjourned the case till May 18 for judgment.
