Lagos Judiciary goes on Easter break.
The Lagos State Judiciary is to embark on its 2011 Easter vacation from April 25 to 29.
The vacation which has been approved by the Chief Judge, Justice Inumidun Akande is pursuant to Order 45 Rule (4) (b) of the High Court of Lagos State Civil (Procedure Rule) 2004.
Chief Registrar, G.A. Safaru on Tuesday said arrangements have been made for dealing with urgent cases during the period.
Safaru said Each judge will deal with all urgent applications already before him/her and any substantive cause already assigned to him/her.
She said Any urgent application and substantive cause which has not already been assigned will be dealt with by the judge to whom the application is specifically assigned.
