Court dismisses Okah's application to appeal his bail denial.
The South Gauteng High Court in South Africa has dismissed Henry Okah's application for leave to appeal the decision to deny him bail.
In November, Okah, who is standing trial for his alleged involvement in last year's Independence Day bombings in Abuja that claimed the lives of 12 people and injured 36 others, was denied bail by the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court.
His brother Charles Okah and three others were also denied bail in a Nigerian court.
Okah is in custody in Johannesburg Prison.
