The police in Lagos on Friday arraigned one Kayode Kenny, a suspected miscreant, for allegedly using an axe to assault a man.
Kenny, 26, is standing trial before an Apapa Chief Magistrates Court on a one-count charge of assault.
The Prosecutor, Cpl. John Iberedem, told the court that the accused on Dec. 27, 2010 inflicted injuries on the hand, chest, stomach and eye of one Emeka Nwankole, using an axe.
