Acting IG gives new postings to police commissioners
Acting Inspector-General of Police (AIGP), M.D. Abubakar, has effected a major transfer and posting in the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).
Mostly affected in the new arrangement are police officers in the rank of Commissioners of Police who were moved from various states and formations to new ones.
In the new posting, which was made public, Olayinka B. Balogun is the new commissioner of Police, Edo State Command while Chinweke E. Asadu will resume as the new commissioner of Police, Kwara State Command.
Other postings included Aliyu Musa, Sokoto State; Moses Saba-Ndagi, Railway Command; Joel K. Theophilus, Jigawa State; Kwakwe C. Katso, Benue State; Musa A Daura, Enugu State; Mamman Sule, Taraba State; Usman A.
