A man aged about 35 years has been found dead beside a motorcycle at the Ori-Oke Bus Stop, Ogudu, on the Oworonsoki Road in Lagos State.
As the time of the report it was not clear whether the deceased was a victim of an accident or armed robbery as there was no injury on his body and his motorcycle was not damaged.
The deceased’s identity was unclear as those who claimed to know him gave conflicting reports.
A man who claimed to be his elder brother, said the victim was an engineer from Port Harcourt and that he left home with about two million naira.
However, a lady, who was passing by, claimed that the victim was a new employee in a company where she worked.
Some residents of Ogudu said they saw the corpse as early as 6 a.m. beside the motorcycle with registration number QX 688 GGE.
Abiodun Onalaja, a Senior Operation Officer of the Lagos State Metropolitan Area Transport Authority, who was controlling traffic on the Oworonsoki Road, said the corpse was there as at 7 a.m.
One Aloysius Chinedu, who claimed to be the victim’s elder brother, identified him as Mr Moses Chigioke-Chinedu.
