A Grade 'A' Customary Court, Shomolu, Lagos, has sealed eight apartments at Abiodun Street, Shomolu for the refusal of the occupants to pay refuse disposal rates.

She said the offence was contrary to Section of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Law of nineteen ninety-four.

In her judgment the Court President,Modupe Bajulaiye said only six of the nine tenants who pledged to pay the debt of thirteen thousand naira contributed eight thousand eight hundred naira, saying the building was still owing four thousand two hundred naira.
