Businessman faces house-breaking, theft charges.

A thirty-year-old businessman, Olayinka Odunsi has appeared before an Igbosere Magistrate’s Court, Lagos, on a three-count charge of conspiracy, house-breaking and stealing.

Prosecution said the accused allegedly broke into a house at Ajah on Lagos-Epe Expressway and carted away property worth two hundred and thirty-seven thousand naira.

The accused and others, believed to be at large, had on February two broke into the home of Lawrence Ezeaguba, Sergent Augustine Onwuemene told the court.

He listed the property removed to include an international passport, a DSTV decoder, camcorder camera, digital camera, four gold wristwatches and jewelry.

But the accused pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Senior Magistrate,O.J. Awope, granted him bail in the sum two hundred thousand naira with two sureties and adjourned the case till July twelve for further hearing.
