A middle-aged man, Saheed Olabode,has been arraigned for allegedly stabbing a friend.
The accused, who appeared before an Apapa Senior Magistrate’s Court, is facing a one-count charge of assault.
Olabode, however, pleaded not guilty before Senior Magistrate Ariyike Ipaye-Nwachukwu.
Prosecutor, Sergent Uche Kalu, insisted that the accused had a case to answer, alleging he stabbed Samuel Ekpo, with a broken bottle following a disagreement.
Ipaye-Nwachukwu admitted the accused to a bail in the sum of one hundred thousand naira with two sureties and adjourned the case till July twenty-six.
