A Surulere Magistrate’s Court in Lagos has granted bail in the sum of fifty thousand naira and two sureties to a twenty-five-year-old-man charged with attempted theft of a car.
Magistrate Biola Soladoye granted Osidero Ayomide bail after he pleaded not guilty to the one-count charge.
Prosecutor, Inspector Olaide Sunday, had submitted that the accused on April this year attempted to steal a Honda Accord car at the Games Village, off Bode Thomas Street, Surulere.
Sunday said that the accused attempted to start the car with a master key but was caught.
Further hearing in the case will come up on June twenty-one.
