A forty-four-year-old driver and staff of Zenith Bank has pleaded with the Somolu Customary Court to dissolve his eight-year-old marriage, describing his wife as incompatible.
The petitioner, Anthony Obi, told the court that his wife, Ukamaka had become a problem to him.
Obi, who said efforts by the families to reconcile them did not yield any positive result, also accused his wife of infidelity.
But Ukamaka urged the court to reconcile them, saying the constant quarrel between them is caused by her husband.
The President of the court, Modupe Bajulaiye, however, rejected the husband’s application and reconciled the couple.
