An Ibadan Chief Magistrate's Court has remanded in prison custody till June Musa Ibrahim who is charged with the murder of his wife.
At the resumed hearing,Chief Magistrate,Fumi Badrudeen, ordered that the suspect be remanded to allow the prosecution enough time in its investigation.
Police Prosecutor,Sergent Adewale Amos said the accused and others at large on April twenty-eight in Iyalase village, Ibadan, conspired to commit felony and caused the death of a woman, Adama Umaru.
Ibrahim, who is accused of killing his wife with a cutlass, however, pleaded not guilty.
